"The Man in the White Suit" by Nick Drake (Bloodaxe, 1999)

Poems placed in Arvon and Cardiff competitions but he's no middle-of-the-roader. His natural length is about 40 lines. He likes bunching the lines into 3s. Sometimes the 1st and 3rd lines rhyme. The title poem impressed me. I had trouble getting into much of the rest. Sometimes when he writes more simply - in elegies, etc - the writing seems ordinary, which makes me somewhat wary of the more difficult pieces.
