"These Days" by Leontia Flynn (Cape, 2004 )

Prefers sub-sonnet, single paragraph poems (shades of Burnside) where one idea (sometimes based on a momentary mood rather than an event) is given its chance. If you don't like the idea you just go on to the next poem. Few architectural devices. There's a sestina, a poem with fragments of a computer program "Perl Poem", and in "Nocturne" there's almost a dreaded "Poetry about poetry" poem. Several of the poems are entitled "Without You", the best being on page 23.
