50 colourful pages rather bigger than A5. No bios, though there are "Endnotes" that tell us, for example, that a story "is the author's acknowledgement of the need to take control of their own life and happiness, and to try to bring light to others". Each poem/story is illustrated, most of them successfully. The theme of this issue is "Light". Except for the Antarctic piece (set in the time of Scott) and "Last Light", the stories are all at the magic realism end of fantasy. Occasionally (especially with "In the place of our parents") I wondered whether the final paragraph was required.
