Poems from Acumen, Poetry Wales, The Wolf, etc
I rather liked "Perfect Blue" (plus the notes that accompanied it) and "What long miles". I'm having trouble with this book though.
"The ghost toe" is a fun compendium of ideas, but why call it poetry? Why put it into triplets of lines?
I wonder if "Hugh's boomerang" has anything to do with Cambridge's Hugh Hunt?
"IVF" is a sestina.
p.36 ("Ice II") puzzles me.
